Aaron Janke is the varsity coach for the Dollar Bay Bays! This is his 4th year coaching and his first year being the varsity coach. Practicing long hours and working hard is what Aaron's drive to get better. The team practices six days out of the week and they all strive to do their best. He hopes to be coaching in many years to come. He enjoys coaching and loves basketball. He agrees with many that there is lots of talent on the team. His basic motive now is to work on getting the games together
This is a picture of the Varsity team  prior to the start of the game. They are pumping each other up for the game which will start in just a few moments. The girls are chanting a pregame cheer. This took place right after the starters were announced. Shaken, excited, nervous, and scared the girls are always a team. This is part of their team rituals.
